This Privacy Policy governs how OlympusHub ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use Cronus ("Service"). By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to the practices described herein.

  • OAuth Authorization Tokens: Used to access Google Drive resources with your permission.
  • User Metadata: Discord IDs, job requests, and file names for internal routing.
  • Files and Translations: Temporarily processed and deleted post-delivery.

We do not collect your Google account credentials, email address, or personal identifiers unless explicitly provided.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

We use your data to:

  • Access and process the files you submit via Google Drive;
  • Perform OCR and translation tasks;
  • Deliver results back to you through Discord;
  • Improve reliability, performance, and support.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or resale.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

Files downloaded from Google Drive are deleted automatically post-processing. OAuth tokens are stored securely and used exclusively to fulfill your explicit job requests.

You may revoke Drive access at any time via Google Account Permissions.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, lease, or share your data with third parties. All data remains confidential and is processed within secure systems solely controlled by us.

5. Security Practices

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your data. This includes:

  • Secure HTTPS communication
  • Token encryption at rest
  • Automatic file cleanup after use

6. User Rights

You may:

  • Revoke access at any time via your Google account;
  • Request deletion of stored OAuth tokens via email;
  • Contact us with any questions about your data rights.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals in this age group. If you believe we have done so inadvertently, please contact us immediately.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at our discretion. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable channels. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of such changes.
